By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced on our website.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are handled with care to ensure accurate and timely processing. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including product selection, quantity, billing information, contact information, and shipping address.
AirPartsDirect is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer during checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within the United States and are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Standard transit time is generally 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our standard order cut-off time is 11:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after the applicable cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

REFRIGERANT SALES & COMPLIANCE
Certain refrigerants and HVAC products offered by AirPartsDirect may be subject to federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for determining whether any licensing, certification, documentation, or other legal requirements apply before purchasing, possessing, handling, installing, or using a regulated product.
AirPartsDirect reserves the right to request appropriate documentation, restrict a sale, or cancel an order when necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Customers should verify that a product is suitable for their intended application and compatible with their equipment before purchasing or using it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original condition and packaging.
Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us review and resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
PRODUCT HANDLING & SAFETY
Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful handling, transportation, storage, installation, maintenance, and use of products purchased from AirPartsDirect.
Products should be handled and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, safety information, and all applicable laws and regulations. Products requiring professional installation or certification should only be handled by appropriately qualified persons.
Improper installation, storage, handling, or use may result in equipment damage, personal injury, property damage, or other hazards.
PAYMENTS
Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when placing an order. Orders may be subject to payment verification before processing or shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be verified, the transaction is declined, or we reasonably determine that additional verification is required.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirPartsDirect shall not be liable for damages, losses, injuries, or expenses resulting from improper installation, storage, handling, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of a product after delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a product claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or a purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any jurisdictional requirements that apply.
